Full Support Doula $900
During your pregnancy, Ariel will help with getting things planned, birth plan drafted, and pointing you in the right direction to find answers to any questions you might have. During labor, your doula will be able to provide plenty of comfort measures including massage, breathing and relaxation techniques (including Rebozo), verbal encouragement, heat and cold therapy, support for partner and/or children, and anything you want within a doula's scope of practice.

You have a planned C-Section, Ariel will support you and your partner during your surgery. Also provides comfort measures, breathing and relaxation techniques, support for partner and/or children, and anything you want within a doula's scope of practice.

Labor/Birth Support Only $500
*This package is designed for moms that have already experienced birth*
Some women feel they want a support person while in labor only. This package is for that woman. With this package, Ariel will support during your pregnancy via phone, text, email, and/or Google hangout. When you go into labor your doula will provide plenty of comfort measures, including Rebozo technique, verbal encouragement, heat and cold therapy, support your partner and/or children, and anything you want within a doula’s scope of practice.
